Landside Construction Works for the new Delma Commercial Port Design, Construction Management & Sustainability Services
Abu Dhabi Ports upgraded the facilities at Delma Port in line with the approved budget and UPC Master plan 2030. The planned port development included the construction of marine structures, shoreline edge protection, and provision of landside support facilities, utilities connection and road network for the local population of Delma Island.
The scope is related to the design of the following works:
- Buildings of 3000m2 total BUA
- Roads and Utilities of total area of 0.2km2
- ISPS Fence and Gates
- Boat Parking
- Car Parking
- Sheltered Storage Area 1500m2
- Landscaping
