SALFO was assigned by Shk. Khalid Nassir Al Thani & Mr. Ibrahim Hassan Al Asmakh, the project and construction management of the Beverly Hills Residential Development in the Entertainment City of Lusail in Qatar.
The total approximate area of the plot is 115,066 m2. It consists of 114 villas and 20 multistorey buildings, clubhouse, nursery building, guardroom and swimming pool with a total built up area 126,500 m2.
