Support the Tender Manager, manage proposal requests and coordinate company Tenders/Bids.

Oversee all aspects of proposal file preparation, ensuring quality and submission in a timely manner.

Compose technical proposals in line to client requirements.

Coordinate the preparation and submission of the documents according to the RfP and client requirements.
-
Contribute in financial proposals.
-
Prepare weekly status reports on tendering activities.
-
Act as a liaison between the company and suppliers to ensure all queries are dealt within a timely manner.

University Degree in Engineering with 5-10 years of experience in a related field.

Ability to write technical proposals regarding design, supervision and project management of buildings and infrastructure projects is a must; practical experience in a similar position is an advantage.

Fluency in English language both written and spoken is a must; knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.

Strong time management, negotiation and organizational skills.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and eager to learn.

Excellent presentation skills.

Flexibility to work on Sundays, if needed.
-
Availability to move to Middle East after 1 year, if needed.
